Do players pay?
No. Participants join, make picks, and follow standings at no software charge.
Do you hold prize money?
No. Run My Pool provides management software and does not collect stakes or distribute winnings.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move from Commish to Pro to Club as you add pools and entries, then choose Club Unlimited for unrestricted growth. Squares Plus can upgrade to Commish when you need additional pool formats. You pay only the difference for the current plan year.
How does Free Squares work?
Free includes one complete 100-block board per plan year for the owner to manage manually. Players send their selections outside Run My Pool, and the owner enters each display name and block. Squares Plus adds online invitations, player joining, and self-service reservations for $10.
What happens after 500 Club entries?
Club expands in 100-entry blocks for $25 each, or you can upgrade to Club Unlimited for the $120 difference.
When should I choose Unlimited?
Choose Club Unlimited when you need unlimited entries or pools. You can select it initially or upgrade from Club later.
