Do players pay?
No. Participants join, make picks, and follow standings at no software charge.
Do you hold prize money?
No. Run My Pool provides management software and does not collect stakes or distribute winnings.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Squares pools can move from Free to Squares Plus and then Commish. Other pools can upgrade through Free, Commish, Pro, Club, and Club Unlimited without rebuilding. You pay only the difference for the current season.
How does Free Squares work?
Free includes one board per season with up to 25 self-service reservations. Squares Plus opens all 100 blocks for $10. Commish adds admin assignment and fixed-dollar or per-reserved-block pots.
What happens after 500 Club entries?
Club expands in 100-entry blocks for $25 each, or you can upgrade to Club Unlimited for the $120 difference.
When should I choose Unlimited?
Choose Club Unlimited when you need unlimited entries or pools. You can select it initially or upgrade from Club later.
